To go with a short week, a short update rom the Instructional Support Team
Upcoming Network Outages - ETS has developed a phased implementation plan for the campus network Core Router Migration. Plan for network disruptions during their work, potentially making campus services such as GauchoSpace inaccessible. Upcoming work is planned for July 8 from 12:01 am to 4:00 am PDT and on July 14 from 12:01 am to 6:00 am PDT.
Eli Review now in GauchoSpace
Eli Review is a set of tools that help instructors create highly structured assignments and peer review activities. With Eli Review students can practice with hard course concepts and/or hard ways of writing. They also practice providing feedback and benefit from receiving feedback from peers. Using Eli Review improves thinking and writing and helps build course community. You can add ELI Review to your course site by enabling Advanced Tools and selecting it in the Activity picker.
RISE - Monday, July 6
The RISE Institute will run from July 6-August 7. While applications are now closed, all asynchronous resources will be available to all faculty members, whether they attended or not, after the institute has ended.
