This is a reminder that this Fall quarter, UCSB will shift to a new Course Evaluation Platform, Explorance Blue.

Please review the following key changes to the Course Evaluation process:
- Departments will complete the Survey Request Form in Week 4 (directions here) instead of in Week 5/6 as in past quarters. Note: by request, we have extended the SRF to be open Monday, Oct. 23 and to close on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at midnight.
- There will be four standardized surveys; two for Instructors and two for Teaching Assistants (TAs).
- Course Evaluations can be accessed through Canvas using the Course Evaluations link in the left hand navigation menu of a course, or by navigating to https://ucsb.bluera.com/ucsb
- Instructors will be able to Personalize their surveys during Week 8 by adding up to five pre-written, vetted questions and/or custom comment questions. Instructions will be sent by email.
- Instructors and TAs will access their end of quarter Course Evaluation reports in https://ucsb.bluera.com/ucsb
