Reminder: Student Remote Learning Webinar 
What is our students' experience of Spring 2020?

Join Undergraduate Education, Institutional Research, Letters and Science Information Technology, and Student Affairs for a webinar presentation of a first-pass analysis of the UCSB undergraduate student experience survey administered in week four of Spring 2020 and completed by ~1600 students. The webinar will include an overview of the findings, major themes and implications for instruction and student support.

FILMS & VIDEO:  * Films from the Library Collection – The Library can purchase streaming licenses for films in the Kanopy catalog and deliver to students through Course Reserves. View instructions for placing requests. The Library can also deliver physical films from its collection to Instructional Development to be placed on electronic reserve via GauchoCast. You can search the Library Catalog and limit to material type=video. Requests should be sent to fvo@id.ucsb.edu

LIBRARY RESOURCES:  * Library Course Reserves - Faculty can upload their own electronic materials to the Library’s Course Reserves system or request that the Library scan and upload materials from our collections. When available, the Library will purchase multi-user ebooks to put on Reserves. Submit Course Reserves requests here. For help, email cres@library.ucsb.edu.

* Library Remote Resources – Information on searching and accessing the Library’s remotely accessible resources and services is available at the link above.

GauchoCast/Panopto Summer Upgrade: On Saturday, June 27, Panopto Cloud customers will be upgraded to the latest cloud release. This upgrade will require downtime. We will announce the exact time and expected duration of the downtime on Friday, June 9th. See the cloud upgrade FAQ article for more information.
