Dear Colleagues,
The IS Team hopes that your terms are smooth thus far. A few updates:

The Classroom Services Media Equipment Office continues to operate under reduced hours. If you need to pick up equipment or additional assistance please contact help@id.ucsb.edu or visit the office in 1160 Kerr Hall during our hours of operation.

January 5-14, The Media Equipment Office will be open:
Monday 9-2
Tuesday through Thursday - 9:00am - 4:30pm
Friday- 9am-2pm
The Media Equipment Office will return to regular hours asap.

GauchoSpace Course Crashing: You can open your GauchoSpace site for course crashing through the steps here. Students will need to then follow the steps here to add the course (students are not automatically added to the course).

There is a scheduled Panopto (GauchoCast) upgrade on Saturday, January 8 from 9PM-1AM PST. See https://panop.to/12-notice-na for more details.
