Dear Colleagues,
The Instructional Support Team is receiving reports that students are asking questions about how some of their courses will operate.
If you haven’t done so already, it’s a great idea to contact students via the Welcome Message in GauchoSpace to welcome them to the course, introduce yourself, and let them know a bit about this: how to access course materials and course meetings (synchronous, asynchronous, or both). You can do this even if your GauchoSpace site isn’t quite ready — click the “Bypass Availability” box at the bottom of the message.
The Welcome Message will be sent automatically to any students added to the course site, so even when people join after it’s sent they will receive the message.
