The following is being sent on behalf of Margaret Klawunn, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
**************************************************************
Dear Colleagues,

I am sending to you a letter from the mental health professionals in Student Affairs who are deeply concerned about the stress on students from the impact of anti-Black racism in our culture, especially on our Black students at UCSB.

The Division of Student Affairs has a new website (wellbeing.ucsb.edu) that more effectively presents the range of mental health and crisis services that are available at the University.  Student Mental Health Coordination Services has an on-line form if you would like assistance with or consultation about a student in distress.  Under “Urgent Needs” on the wellbeing site, click on “Refer a Student” which appears below the heading for Concerned about a Student.  You will receive a prompt response.

Thank you for your support of UCSB students.  The Division of Student Affairs is always available to you for consultation and assistance.

Sincerely,

Margaret Klawunn
Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
