Greetings! The IS Team hopes that things have slowed a bit as we move through Summer Session A. We have a few updates and are working on new plans and activities.

 

GauchoSpace Drop-In Service Returning Fall 2021 - Wednesdays and Thursdays

The GauchoSpace Faculty Resource Center will be opening beginning Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm for drop-in support. The Faculty Resource Center is located in Kerr Hall 1110 and will open on Wednesday September 15.We will continue to provide scheduled Zoom consultations Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Please email help@collaborate.ucsb.edu to schedule a Zoom consultation.

 

New GauchoSpace Single Sign On (SSO) Login

GauchoSpace now uses the campus Single Sign On service for authentication, UCSB users can use the “UCSB SSO” button on the left side of the login page to login this article and this short video goes over how to use the new SSO login option for GauchoSpace.

 

GauchoSpace Settings - Expert Guidance:  Doing a timed assessment with students? Ready to publish a GauchoSpace quiz or assignment but uncertain that you have everything set up as you intended? Unsure of how to set up your gradebook to match your syllabus? Have an expert look at your activity settings to verify this for you. Campus is Buzzing Again!  Student and new faculty/staff tours are back, and the new classroom building is going up at lightning speed.  We can’t wait to see you in the Fall!
