Dear Managers,

There are currently five employee-required activities in our instance of the UC Learning Center.

  1. General Compliance Briefing: University
  2. UC Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment
  3. UC Cyber Security Awareness Fundamentals
  4. Annual Notification of UC Santa Barbara
  5. COVID-19 Return to Work Training

If you are a manager, you can track your team’s training using the built-in UC Learning Center team tools. For instructions on how to use those tools, visit: https://www.learningcenter.ucsb.edu/content/uc-learning-center-how-video-guides.

However, the team tools require a bit of an effort to use and understand. In addition to these tools, ETS has created the UCLC Compliance Reporting site that answers the following questions regarding the current compliance training for most UCSB employees:

  • What is the requirement status for my direct reports?
  • What is the requirement status for my direct reports employees?
  • When is the next time my employees will need to retake compliance training?
  • Which of my employees need to complete the training?
