Classroom Demo Days offer instructors the opportunity to drop by a classroom and get hands-on experience with the technology. Whether you're a new or returning instructor or TA, we  encourage you to take advantage of this time. Please bring any devices such as laptops or tablets that you plan to use in your class.

New starting this year - Keyless Operation: All General Assignment classroom A/V systems are now keyless and will automatically unlock 30 minutes before your scheduled class. There's no longer a need for a lectern key to access or operate the equipment.

Before attending Demo Days, please review this classroom information guide to identify your assigned room type, complete any essential setup steps, and ensure you have the latest information for using the lecterns in your classroom.

If you haven't lectured in a General Assignment Classroom in the past two quarters, please visit 1160 Kerr Hall during business hours to set up a lectern login. The Technician Office Suite in the Interactive Learning Pavilion (ILP 3302) can also assist you with setting up a lectern login. If your classroom is not listed below, please check the Classroom Inventory page or contact your department for room access and technical support.

You can also review the new videos on lectern operations here:
